b) Client Data & Content Ownership: All data, files, configurations, and digital content belonging to the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client at all times. TechCore Solutions does not claim ownership over any client-generated content or proprietary business information accessed during the provision of IT services. Any data handled by our team is governed by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and our comprehensive Data Privacy Policy.

c) Reporting an IP Violation: If you believe that any content, software, or material managed or published by TechCore Solutions infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal written notice to our compliance team at legal@techcore.com. Your report must include a clear description of the copyrighted work, the location of the alleged infringement, and your contact information. All reports are reviewed within 5 business days and handled in accordance with applicable DMCA and international copyright law.
